Lawsuit Claims Jeff Ruby Restaurants Took Tips Away From Servers
A lawsuit accuses two Jeff Ruby restaurants of skimming tips from servers.
The federal class-action lawsuit accuses managers of “Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse” and “Carlo and Johnny” of taking a portion of a waiting staff’s tips.
The restaurant tour’s spokeswoman says the suit is the work of some disgruntled former employees.
