Hamilton County Leads the State in Texting While Driving Citations
Hamilton County is leading the state in the number of reportedly rare texting while driving citations.
The Columbus Dispatch reports only 18 drivers in the county have received a ticket for texting under the state’s year-old ban.
Police can write an extra ticket for drivers caught texting while driving during a stop for another traffic offense
