Elmwood Place Teens Arrested After Wild Assault Spree
Two teenagers are behind bars, this morning, after being accused in a wild chain of threats and assaults in Elmwood Place.
Police say 19 year-old James Robinson, and his 16 year-old brother, allegedly roughed up a teenage girl then threatened to kill paramedics before beating up a police officer.
The pair was arrested, after hiding out in an apartment for about an hour.
