Searching For Answers In Africa Hope Murder
Cincinnati Police continue to investigate the murder of 15 year-old Africa Hope in Over-The-Rhine.
She was gunned down, this week, on Vine Street while standing with a group of people. It was the first murder in Over-The-Rine since last September.
